
Often during the course of the day, I’ll do something on the computer where I’ll think “that’s really cool, there’s probably a lot of people that don’t know you can do that!” I have a Facebook Page called Craig’s Classroom where I often post these tips and you can follow if you are interested. Meanwhile, my favorite tips are often too small in themselves to create a whole article on. I decided to start this blog series where I compile 5 tips at a time. Here is the Part 2 of this series. When viewing PDF files in Acrobat
Ctrl+0 is Zoom to whole page
Ctrl+1 is Zoom to 100%
Ctrl+2 is Zoom to fit Width of Page

Some programs you use “once in a while”
need to find it, click the windows button
then type a FEW characters
it will quickly pop up list of matches -
e.g. type cal for calculator and then click
(new in Windows Vista and higher)

There are different flight tracking sites
www.flightaware.com is my favorite
don’t head to the airport til you know what time
the flight is ACTUALLY arriving
(cool too to zoom in on map and see where they are and what altitude,
etc!)

Do you ever have a web page that you
really want to read but need to “do later”
what I do is drag the icon from the browser to my desktop for a shortcut to go back later
when read the article later, delete the shortcut
